What is the catering policy at Hanover Inn Dartmouth?
The Hanover Inn wants your guests to take the best memories from the event. In line with that goal, we require guaranteed guest counts and last-minute catering bookings at least five business days before the event. Receptions are arranged on one-hour, and buffets on one-and-a-half hours' event time estimates. AM and PM breaks are scheduled for one-and-a-half hours.
How many event spaces does Hanover Inn have?
The Hanover Inn hosts about 11,000 square feet of elegant indoor and outdoor event spaces. The hotel is also a part of the prestigious Dartmouth College campus. We have ten specialized event rooms, including one large ballroom, seven executive meeting rooms, two large foyers, and one outdoor terrace, which can accommodate up to 400 attendees at any given time.

The cost of weddings at Hanover Inn varies with the choice of venue and the booking season. Below are the base price estimates, subject to change as per the availability.
The above figures are approximate and calculated before tax and gratuity. You need to deposit 25% of the total within the first two weeks of signing the contract.
