Entrée selections include classic Corned Beef and Cabbage served with potatoes, root vegetables, and tender poached cabbage; a beautifully Roasted Lamb Rack accompanied by spring vegetables, colcannon purée, mint jam, and red wine demi; or Guinness Braised Short Rib paired with honey glazed carrots and herb potato pancakes finished with sour cream. End on a sweet note with a Bailey’s Mousse Tart served alongside caramel gelato.
