This program highlights locally sourced game, vegetables, and featured ingredients that reflect the culture of the region we call home. At its heart, it’s about supporting local farms and businesses, responsibly using our natural resources, and partnering with the people who shape our community. Through this experience, we celebrate the rich food culture of New England—showcasing the beauty of our surroundings and offering guests an authentic taste of the region, inspired by the hardworking, salt‑of‑the‑earth producers who care deeply for this land and for one another.
