Toastmasters Leadership Institute 2019  Open to all members! Club officers earn credit towards the distinguished club program (DCP) by attending and participating. If you're a club officer or a curious member, join in the fun, and meet the leaders and future leaders of your district. A club must have 4 officers trained at both the summer and winter TLIs to complete DCP (Distinguished Club Program) goal 9.
