Before coming to our historic boutique hotel, Chef Dain was at the landmark Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston, MA.
Accomplished celebrity chef Michael Schlow, executive chef and owner of highly-rated restaurants across the country, brings Tuscan-style cooking to American cuisine, showcasing a "farm to fork" sensibility in PINE. Michael has implemented his less is more motto into the many menus he has shaped. His classic training was completed at the Academy of Culinary Arts and his work continues to shine through guest appearances on The Today Show, Good Morning America, and more.
