PINE – A Hanover Restaurant

Chefs Justin Dain and Michael Schlow aim to redefine regional cuisine at PINE restaurant in Hanover.  Together they created a menu that takes diners back to the basics of locally sourced ingredients and highlights the unique tastes of artisan cheese and meats.  The restaurant portrays and American Classic theme with menus on wooden boards and  recycled wood products throughout the interior. The name PINE is inspired by the iconic Dartmouth pine tree.

 

New England Chefs

Award-winning executive chef Justin Dain brings over a decade of culinary expertise to the Hanover Inn. His hand-crafted menu draws upon classic Italian and seafood dishes that not only satiate, but inspire. Before coming to our historic boutique hotel, Chef Dain was at the landmark Boston Harbor Hotel in Boston, MA.

 

Accomplished celebrity chef Michael Schlow, executive chef and owner of several locally renowned establishment, brings an expertise of Tuscan style cooking to the table at PINE.  Michael has implemented his less is more motto into the many menus he has shaped. His classic training was completed at the Academy of Culinary Arts and his work continues to shine through guest appearances on The Today Show, Good Morning America, and more.

An exceptional, pampering experience calls for our reliable room service. Start your morning with the Hanover Inn "Crunch" Parfait, savory Belgian waffles or eggs benedict. For lunch and dinner, sample impressive appetizers like yellowfin tuna tartar, soups, sandwiches and exquisite entrées conveniently delivered right to your hotel door. Room service at the Hanover Inn is available Monday to Sunday, 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
